Returning Your Order
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Here’s how to proceed:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for food boxes or packaging that have been opened. Only unused items in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@directpackaging.online with your order details.
Please note that return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Issues with Your Order
Have you received a damaged or incorrect item? Don’t worry – we’re here to assist.
- Contact us immediately at info@directpackaging.online with details of the issue and, if possible, photographs.
- Depending on the nature of the problem, we’ll:
- Arrange for a replacement, dispatched within 1 working day.
- Provide a full or partial refund.
Refund Process
