A full VAT invoice is provided with every order. Pay online to get our best price; pay on delivery adds a small handling charge to cover processing.

Stock orders placed before our daily cut-off are delivered next working day across UK mainland on a tracked courier. Delivery is free over your set threshold; below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Yes — all our packaging is food-grade and complies with UK & EU food-contact regulations, so it’s safe to hold hot and cold food and drink. (We supply the packaging — not the food.)

Our containers are designed to hold both hot and cold food, and many are leak-resistant. We also stock greaseproof liners, bags and wraps for fried and oily foods. Microwave/oven suitability is noted on each product page.

Yes — we stock compliant alternatives to banned single-use plastic items (such as plates, cutlery and polystyrene), helping you stay on the right side of UK regulations.

Absolutely. We print your branding onto cups, boxes, greaseproof paper, stickers and bags using 100% food-safe, vegetable/water-based inks. Typical lead time is around 10 working days after artwork approval.

Yes — we can provide samples before you commit to a bulk run. Send us your artwork and requirements and we’ll return a quote with minimum quantities and a proof for approval.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, used or opened food packaging can’t be returned. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
