Our story

From a single warehouse to a UK trade-only supplier.

Direct Packaging & Solutions Ltd was founded in 2023 with one focus — making trade packaging easier to buy. Too many suppliers were either consumer-priced retailers in disguise, or wholesale-only with order minimums that locked out the small businesses that needed them most.

We started by stocking the lines our first customers asked for: brown shipping cartons, mailing bags, bubble wrap, and packing tape. As the order book grew we added eco-friendly mailers, void fill, and custom case-size cartons. Every product is held in our UK warehouse, ready for next-working-day dispatch on stocked items.

Today, we supply e-commerce fulfilment teams, independent retailers, food & drink producers and trade buyers across England, Scotland and Wales. We’re still small enough to pick up the phone, and that’s deliberate.

We show you both the online price and the pay-on-delivery price upfront — no surprises at checkout, no membership tier needed to access the lower rate.

Online price

Pay by card or bank transfer online

You get the lower “Online” price shown on every product. Settle at checkout and we dispatch from stock.

Delivery price

Pay the driver when it arrives

Prefer to pay on delivery? Card on delivery works too — £1 per item is added to cover the on-the-day service.

    The bulk of our paper-based packaging is widely kerbside-recyclable. Where we sell plastics, we flag whether they’re recyclable, biodegradable, or single-use so you can make the right call.

    Every line is held in our UK warehouse. Stock status on the product page reflects what’s actually on the shelf — no “in stock at supplier” surprises.
