• How quickly can you deliver?

  Stocked items ordered before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery to most UK postcodes. Pallet deliveries are arranged on request — we’ll quote the lead time when you order.

• Do you offer bulk discounts on case or pallet quantities?

  Yes — request a quote using the form above or by email. We’ll come back within one working day with tiered pricing that reflects the quantity, lead time and delivery postcode.

• Can I pay on delivery instead of online?

  Yes. Every product on the site shows two prices: an “Online” price (the lower rate, paid by card or bank transfer at checkout) and a “Delivery” price (+£1 per item, paid by card on delivery). Pick whichever suits at checkout.

• Do you offer trade accounts with bank-transfer terms?

  Bank-transfer payment is available to approved trade customers. Get in touch using the form above with your company details and intended ordering volume, and we’ll come back with a credit application.

• What’s your returns policy?

  Unopened, undamaged stock can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full terms, or contact support@directpackaging.online if you’re unsure.
